At Funeral Prints, we make it simple to create and order custom-designed memorial products that celebrate your loved one’s life. Follow these straightforward steps to customize and receive your designs quickly and seamlessly.
We recommend creating an account before customizing your design. This allows you to add the design to your basket and edit later if necessary.
Step 1: Choose a Design
Browse our extensive collection of thoughtfully crafted memorial products, including prayer cards, memorial posters, bookmarks, funeral programs, guest books, thank-you cards, and unique memorial keepsakes such as ornaments and blankets. Select a design that reflects your loved one’s personality and unique spirit.

Step 2: Personalize Your Product
Click on your chosen design to enter the customization page. Our easy-to-use design tool allows you to:
- Upload a cherished photo.
- Add personalized text, such as a name, date, or heartfelt message.
- Adjust fonts, colors, and layouts to suit your vision.
- Click the “Finish Here” button to save your design to your basket. Don’t worry! You’ll still be able to make edits.

Step 3: Preview Your Design
Once your customization is complete, click the "Preview" button to receive an instant preview of your design. Take a moment to review every detail for accuracy and alignment. We recommend double-checking text and image placement to ensure everything is just right.
Step 4: Place Your Order
When satisfied with your design, proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping information, choose your preferred delivery method, and complete your purchase. Orders placed before 3 PM EST ship the same day, ensuring prompt delivery.
Step 5: Receive Your Order
Your custom memorial product will be printed with care and shipped to your location. Funeral Prints takes pride in delivering high-quality products that honor your loved one’s memory beautifully and professionally.

Memorial Packages
When you choose a memorial package at FuneralPrints.com, we make it as simple and compassionate as possible. Start by selecting the items to include in your package, quantities, and provide the basic details such as the loved one’s name, date of birth and passing, and a favorite photo. Our streamlined process is designed to ease the burden during difficult times.
A dedicated Funeral Prints representative will then reach out to you to gather additional information beyond the basics. They will help you finalize the details for each product included in your package—such as prayer cards, bookmarks, and programs—ensuring that every element reflects your loved one’s unique legacy. We take care of inputting all your information and customizing the design, so you can focus on remembering and celebrating a life well-lived.
Once everything is confirmed, we will create a proof of each item in your package, email it for your approval, and make any requested corrections before we produce your memorial package so you can be confident that your memorial package is just what you are looking for to honor your loved one’s memory.
To ensure your order is printed and shipped out the same day, please place the order by 12pm Eastern time and let us know your approval or needed changes of the proof(s) by 3pm EST.
Video Tributes
1. Choose Your Tribute Style/Theme
Choose a design. Each tribute includes an opening and closing slide, smooth photo transitions, and optional meaningful quotes throughout. If you would like to not include the quotes, please let us know in the Notes section on the theme specifications page.
2. Add Your Loved One’s Details
Enter their full name as you would like it displayed in the video. Optionally, include their birth and passing dates exactly as you would like them to appear.
3. Select Your Background Music Type
You can choose either licensed Instrumental music, songs of your choice, or no music. Instrumental music can either be Slow (most popular), Medium, or Up-Beat. Based on your selection, our team of video designers will choose the right music for your video. If you would like to choose custom songs, please note there will be a $4 charge per song. You will have the chance to let us know which songs you would like, and the exact version and artist in our follow up email (next step).
4. Send Us Your Photos and Custom Music Selections
After checkout, keep your eye out for an email from videos@funeralprints.com (check your spam or promotions folders just in case), with the link to:
- Upload 25 - 100 photos and optional video clips (JPG preferred, or HEIC, PNG, PDF, TIFF, and MP4 for videos).
- Specify your music selections if you chose Custom music. You will be required to list your songs in the order you would like them played, and include the artist and any helpful version details.
5. We Work Our Magic
Our team of Video Designers will have your video ready for you within 24 hours after receiving all your photos and music selections.
6. What To Expect Next
We will email you (from videos@funeralprints.com) a private Vimeo link for your video, with the option to download the MP4 file, within 24 hours after receiving all our inputs. If needed, you may request 1 round of small revisions (e.g. replace 1 - 5 photos, switch 1 song, etc). Please allow 24 hours to process any revision request.
